Questions you may have
We have great instructions for that.
But in short: if you feel that you have to respond to a message from someone you may or may not know that asks you to click or download something, log in somewhere, reply with sensitive information, or make a money transfer, and you are not 100% sure that it's real, send it to us for review. It's better to be safe than sorry.
The type of plan depends on your personal preference and comfort level of handling your online safety. Some like to start out with just having a few emails reviewed while others value the comprehensive support that covers a large portion of your online interactions, alerts to keep you aware, and training to sharpen your skills. Since you can upgrade, downgrade, and cancel anytime, there's no wrong choice to get started.
We get to work as soon as your request enters our system and aim to respond within a few hours. If we detect an urgency, we have internal escalation methods and respond sooner. In some cases, we may ask for additional information before we provide a final answer and guidance.
We wish it were. While Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com, Apple Mail and all the other providers have their own filters in place, they're still no match for the 3.4 billion phishing emails that are sent out every day. Many of these scam emails still make it through to our inboxes and the increasing numbers of fraud incidents and money lost prove it. These filters are fully automated algorithms that get circumvented by scammers. Better protection is needed that cannot be fooled and we are just the right answer!
Absolutely not. We have no access to your email account or phone and do not want it. We only inspect what you choose to send us and fully respect and guard your privacy. We guide you on what to send us and anything you do submit for review is expected to have no personal information about you. Plus, anything you share with us is always treated with utmost confidentiality, security, and discretion.
It’s 100% safe. Viewing and forwarding emails has no effect on your email account or device whatsoever. If you are worried about activating viruses or getting exposed, that can only happen if you were to open malicious attachments or links inside the email itself.
Yes! If you are not happy with our service, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days after signing up with us.

The ugly truth
phishing emails are sent each day
people lose money to imposters
average money lost by Americans
got scammed more than once
The scamming industry is massive and we have no idea how bad it really is.
Estimated to be larger than the drug trade, it involves tens of thousands of people generating over $500 billion annually by scamming mostly North Americans and Europeans. Independent cells operate across countless countries in a global criminal web, dodging local law enforcement.
No generation is safe from scams and attacks are increasing in intensity.
Gen Z and Millenials report almost 45% of the scams and Boomers and the Silent Generation lose the most money per incident. Overall reported fraud incidents are growing at 20% per year, but up to 70% of victims don’t even report the crimes.
Recovery is painful and can be a long road.
Less than 5% of victims get their money back, almost 40% report severe emotional impact after a scam, and it can take months to resolve identity theft. In many cases, people lose their life savings and get stuck with significant debt.
